KPXD-68 PAX Commercials Mega Set (Late 2002) 

Yes, an hour's worth of commercials. I believe the reason this happened was because my sister was interrupted during an episode of Supermarket Sweep and wanted to see how it ended, so she just hit the record button and let it go...but the tape still had almost four hours left on it, which ended up with me having an entire afternoon of PAX on one tape!
