I remember when Nuclear Blast used to distribute our demos; now they have Anthrax, Meshuggah, Death (R.I.P), Slayer (R.I.P)... first time I heard Kreator was in 1986, I was getting into Death, Slayer, Sepultura, etc. They made me what I was, and I hope that I changed some kids lives by my music. Wow, man! I really LOVED THIS VIDEO! Damn! The pride these guys must be feeling right now! And how much I'm admiring them! They've been one of my favorite bands for many years, but seeing their career path, their persistence, their tenacity over decades, their growth, and still going strong in 2022 is amazing! Also, as a musician, the takes in this video are GORGEOUS! How did you do them? They were so close and sharp! I had never seen instrument takes so clear! Congratulations guys, and over all, THANK YOU FOR SHOWING US THE WAY OF DEDICATION, PASSION AND PERSISTENCE. THIS is what I call success.

The second time I saw them, I got to hang out with Sami for about an hour and I got to meet Mille and Ventor again and.... I got to hang out with them on their bus for a short while. Good stuff. Great guys. Awesome thrash!!!!

@salvatorevitale138 If you like Slayer and you collect their albums... and you have their live CD called "Decade of Aggression", look in your booklet at the first open page of the crowd. Almost right in the center is a guy holding his arm above the crowd and his arm is in a cast. Well... that's me at around 19 or 20 years old. I'm 51 now. I'm sorry. I love to tell that Slayer story.

This is very, very NWOBHM, even more so than anything else they've done, to my ears. Unexpected, but still solid and retains that signature, modern Kreator sound.

@@Deatline271 Everyone knows Kreator are German. Everyone knows what NWOBHM stands for. Good job adding absolutely nothing to my comment. Fwiw, I never said Kreator _were_ NWOBHM, I suggested that this sounded very much like it, which it does. Furthermore, NWOBHM was the vital step needed to eventually make that jump from heavy metal to thrash metal, especially, in this case, German (Teutonic) thrash.

Back in 2005 I went to my first metal concert ever. It was Kreator's on their Enemy of God tour. April 1st. Just before they played Betrayer, Mille addressed the following to the crowd "I'd like to dedicate this song to the the Pope John Paul the II who's agonizing". The intensity, the adrenaline, the power which they played still lives with me till this days, they are indeed immortal!

Become Immortal is an analogy that Kreator has experienced in its early years going through that evolution of Thrash with roots in Death and Black Metal to move on to its experimental phase to live this transition that since the 2000s has put them back in the eyes of all on various continents around the world.

So I’ll be the first I guess. I like the look back at the 80’s with Kreator. A band I have always loved! I have to admit I just don’t care for the direction they’re going. To me they sound as if they are struggling to come up with songs. It’s very boring sounding music. Just my opinion folks. From a long time metalhead. I will always love classic Kreator

Será la banda de thrash que mas te gusta pero evidentemente no es la mejor del mundo, para eso hay unos canones como popularidad, éxito de ventas, seguidores en sus conciertos etc... y Kreator están muy lejos de los mas grandes. Por cierto este tema de thrash no tiene nada...
