I’ve been trying to get my wife to agree for years that I need to rebuild the kitchen cabinets. It’s a small kitchen and I was quoted at $9,000+ to have them built and installed. I can buy my first table saw and Kreg tools for just a few $thousand and do it all for less than $4,000. Then I have a table saw to use for many years to come. These Kreg videos make this look much simpler than I had thought it’d be. I may finally have her on my side.

I actually really love these videos. They are almost thorough, and if you've fabricated before (which I have), it's short sweet and simple. I have a question about some parts of the video that I don't understand. All in all this was very helpful :) thanks brotha!

Love your videos. But I find you skip some of the steps and assume the viewer can fill in the gaps. So on this video (step 5 of kitchen makeover) you've installed the drawers with a different method to the one used in part 3 - the sliders seem to be on the bottom of the drawers rather than on the side. Would be useful to see how you've done that.

I think I would have measured the center stile you removed and reused it for the rail between the 2 new drawers, just rip it to the proper width [height] and install it, it already has the proper grain & stain...

You didn't show how you installed the slides in the bottom of the drawers. I know Kreg doesn't have a jig for that so far, but it would be nice if you had showed us how to do it.

In the last episode all he did was put a spacer on the "floor" of the cabinet and set the slide on top of it. Then you could put the drawer Jig on the outside lip.

Great video's but you never show installing the faces of the drawers! Did I miss that part?

You measured 20.5" for the lower opening. You then cut a spacer at 10.25" to install the rail. Shouldn't the 10.25" measurement been to the center of the rail not the bottom so the two drawers would be the same height?
