Bravo za recepte, bravo za sve emotivno lepo sto izazivate dok vas gledamo. Divno Sam se osecala, kao da gledamo svoju mamu koja je na zalost preminula. Zivi I zdravi bili 100 godina, pozdrav iz Srbije

+Squealer 49 Yes it is. I have to watch Damir at all times when he is around Krempita. He has been known to eat one half of the dish before anyone else in the family even looked up and smelled the coffee.

Just joined! I am right at home here, lol, Baba, Damir and Family, you guys are a hilarious! LOL! I do not know where you guys are but Usually where there are serbs settled there should be at least a few of our stores. In my city alone, I am in Ontario, there are many Serbs who own bakery/grocery/deli store. I have 4 to choose from. We can get anything like burek fresh out of the oven, cheese, meat, spinach and cheese, apple just about any filling you can ask for, whole or by the piece ect., breads, rolls, Smoked meats, whole heads of cabbage/sauerkraut ect .

Baba i love you .just like my baba . I'm in Australia and this is the same food i eat every day. yugoslavian food is the bestcin the world. i lost my baba and these recipes are all the same she cooked. hvala to puno baba love you .da mi živiš 100 godina zdrava i vesela.xxx lol i feel ike im home watching this show .

Hi Baba how are you today ? I tried to redo apple strudels and really liked them especially I loved how easy they were Sometimes no matter how delicious something is when requires too much effort or too many ingredients we rarely if ever cook them so thank you My mom is very happy that in season 3 you're going to do salty foods she 's not a big fan of sweets ( Not like me I devour them) but she really loves your videos Give a big hug to your beautiful nieces from us Is great to see well behaved children (and a petting to Mitzy from me I adore cats and would love to see her more )

+jon a I am doing very good today. How are you? Thank you for your kind compliment. Today, my son Damir and I made another episode for Season 3.Your mom will be happy. It is in the salty section of the Chef Baba recipes. :) We make today cream spinach, mashed potatoes and schnitzel (pork.) Damir has been begging me to make this for him so that he can learn it. In 45 minutes, we made everything. It was simple and easy to make but you better have some "vegeta" handy for seasoning. :) This was one of the Yugoslavian comfort foods Damir wanted to learn to make because it is quick and easy for him. He also wanted to learn it because the schnitzel can be turned into a sandwich. You will like it. Season 2 final episode is next week. Thank you for watching Chef Baba TV.

+Angrybirds 17 Thank you so much. Damir really loved the Krempita episode. Our final episode of Season 2 is next week. And then I make Sarma for episode 1 of season 3. Damir hates Sarma but he agreed to make it with me because everybody else on the planet loves it. :)

So wonderful to see all these delicious recipes I grew up with! Would love to see how to make Krempita the quick and easy way like my Aunt Marijana makes for us when we visit her in Florida with vanilla sugar and powdered nondairy creamer.... or something like that. I’m not sure... which is why I desperately need the recipe, please!?!? If I knew, I’d make it all the time! It’s my husband’s favorite! 🥰 (BTW, my Aunt Marijana goes to the Russian store around the corner, too. 😉)

I'm shocked at how this was made by pouring the hot egg mixture in with egg whites. That's never how I've made mine. I cook my egg mixture in a double boiler. I put in real vanilla from a vanilla bean, and I prepare some clear gelatin on the side, add it to the egg mixture to thicken it (no corn starch!) Then, in a sink filled with ice, I removed the pot containing the cooked egg mixture, and place it in the sink with the ice and stir it so it can cool down fast. Then, I beat whipping cream, and when the egg mixture is cool, I fold it gently into the whipped cream. NOT egg whites and never when the custard mixture is hot or it will collapse the whipped cream. That's how it's really made. You're welcome.

GINGERALER I agree totally. Cooking eggs then adding egg whites into hot mixture, I have never seen it that way, no mixing with mixer it deflates it and does not come out puffy. What baba did I think it’s called shempita. My mother did that for my brother and then added Marsala and vanilla bean and just ate like that with biscotti. I make my cream with flour and not corn starch. It’s glossier and different tasting then flour. Everyone is aloud to use what they want. This is not an authentic crempita but still good try. I made the real sheets and also store bought butter pastry that puffs.

No, this is the way a lot of us make it, and sampita does not use egg yolks at all, it's only the puff pastry and around five fingers tall of egg white mix

You may be shocked, but the point is in mild cooking of the egg white foam Try this as Baba did and than judge... It is not so firm, but it is delicious...Everyone can use gelatin, but the taste is different
