The two front spindle bearings were worn out after a long period time of use. In this video, I will present all the details of the processes of the disassembly the spindle, removing the bearings and assembling back two new bearings. Benchmark comparison testing of the restored old spindle (replaced bearings) and a new spindle for the sound level during rotation was also done. All the required toolings, equipment, especially the 5 tons press which is temperately modified from my diy injection machine are also shown.
