3:06 I'm gonna make a headcanon based on this little comic, not sure if anyone has thought of it yet but: So based on the comic, it's clearly shown he can speak, what we would consider as, normally, correct? Then maybe that's the reason he speaks with extra letters like that to prevent himself from accidentally creating rules. Now, I'm not sure of this but it'd be pretty cool if this was the actual case in canon- I'm sorry, that was kinda random ;v;
