This movie changed my mind about Kristen's acting ability . she was so good in this movie . Even her accent .

Kristen is so shy... it’s amazing to see how calm she was in the interviews she did with Rob. She’s not as nervous as she gets in solo interviews though. I didn’t like her for the longest time even though I loved twilight and the idea of her and Rob together. I just thought she was too weird. She’s s clearly shy and has anxiety, and I can relate. Lots of great actors are shy like Johnny Deep and Brad Pitt.

I think she has really gotten better in interviews, she's quiet but I don't find it as awkward. Chloe has been a little bit awkward in interviews before too, I think they make a great team.

I absolutely loved this movie. I saw the Christina Ricci one but it felt like it was more for entertainment then art or speculation as to what might have happened in the Borden house. This one felt A lot more grounded. I don’t know how accurate it was, there’s always going to be artistic license because you can’t make a movie about something like this and not take a position, but I do wonder. Because if we’re talking story and performance alone, it’s really good!

I just watched this last night. I was so mad at myself for just finding this movie.

I found the DVD of this at my library about a week ago, and adoring Chloe Sevigny and Kristen Stewart to no end, I figured it was definitely a good way to spend the time. (If Chloe never made anything beyond Kids and Zodiac, I'd at least bring it uo with whatever friends I might have that we celebrate her birthday at least once a year, and if Kristen never did anything beyond get dragged out of bed in the middle of the night by Jodie Foster, I'd hold her in esteem typically reserved for Buddhist nuns.) At any rate, I initially walked away from it wondering if I was deeply uninformed about who Lizzie Borden actually was (because of the end credits) and it was about a whole day later when I read the synopsis again and realized it doesn't say 'based on a true story' anywhere. So, I figure the creative application of revenge in re-telling actual events more common in Django Unchained and Inglorious Basterds found a very cozy home in Lizzie. If you're at all interested, it is very, very worth the time.

I liked this movie, it was different and unique, but Christina Ricci will always be THE BEST Lizzie Borden. She was amazing in Lizzie Borden took an Ax (2014) and The Lizzie Borden Chronicles horror/drama TV show

Chloe Sevingly is so dam hot! I love this Lizzie Borden version more than that annoying version by Christina Ricci. Uuuuulh I can't stand that Christina Ricci version. I love the original Legend of Lizzie Borden and this version better!
