Here are some of Kristen Wiig's hysterical characters she embodied during her run on SNL. Her hilarious clips as Penelope, Shana, Kathie Lee Gifford, and so many others proved there were no bounds for her comedic talent. Her impression of Kathy Lee is so funny. I never get tired of seeing her do it. It's a caricature of Kathy but there's just enough of her in it that it's hilarious. And every character I've seen her play is hilarious. So talented so beautiful too.

Not exactly the same because who is and why would anyone want that, but there's definitely room for both,, no need to denigrate one over the other. They are not in competition, that's a typical male construct, how about expanding your world view and supporting both for the laughter they bring to the world.
