Thank you so much for introducing me to this amazing tool. As always, your explanations are shared in a clear, concise manner with a pleasant voice. I look forward to learning more from you.
Hello Bruce. To get the Tool Options docker, go to SETTINGS, choose Dockers and then choose TOOL OPTIONS. Sometimes, the docker will appear all by itself, and you just need to move it to its new place. Sometimes, the docker may appear behind the color wheel. Make sure to check all the tabs of your existing dockers, to see if the Tool Options is there or not. I hope this helps. Cheers.
Hello. Use a selection tool to select your image. Then, when the image has been selected, use the move tool to move it around. To unselect your image, hit CTRL + Shift + A.
Hello! I noticed that when using the transform tool to resize or rotate an image it decreases the quality of the drawing. It doesn't not bother when sketching, but using it in the final result is troubling and very headache-ing
Hello Gothicgm. This is a great observation. There is a way to solve your problem. It's not perfect, but it helps. Cilck on the transform tool to resize your picture and make it bigger, then go to your Tool Options window. Make sure that you are in the FREE transform tab. Remember, there are 6 tabs (Free, Perspective, warp, cage, liquify and mesh). Now, turn on the button SCALE and in the FILTER dropdown menu, choose NEAREST NEIGHBOR. You can now drag the corners of the guide box that is around your picture, and holding the shift key, you can increase the size of your image proportionally. This should help retain the quality of your image. Please let me know if the trick worked. Thanks.

Hello. The transform tool is the tool box. It looks like a picture frame with a dot in the middle. It is usually located, right next to the move button. The move button looks like four arrows. If you point your cursor on the top of each tool, a little window will appear, telling you the name of each tool. Keep going until you see "Transform a layer or a selection (CTRL + T)". When you click on it, a bunch of action buttons will appear in your Tool Options docker. At the very top, you will see six buttons. The very first button looks like a square. This is your free transform tool. The next buttons are the Perspective, Warp, cage, liquify and finally the mesh button. I hope this answers your question. Have a great day.
Oh!!!! You are in the animation timeline. Yes. When you use the side arrows, your transform box does not move. Using the right or left arrow, will make you move from one frame to the other, depending which arrow (left or right) you used. You will need to hold down the SHIFT key as you press on the left or right arrows.
Hello. Are you asking about the docker called "Tools Options". To get it, go to settings, choose Dockers, and then in the long list that appears, move down until you see the TOOL OPTIONS. Sometimes, when you click on it, it will not appear by itself. It will appear behind the color wheel or behind another already existing docker. Look at all your dockers and see if they have tabs. I can bet you the tab tool options is somewhere there. When you find it, move your docker somewhere else.
