I don't gain weight easily but I have realized that overall calories that I take in a day are actually around what is recommended for my weight even if I eat junk food. So that's the reason I don't gain weight.

Finally some celebrity with a lifestyle that I can relate to!😁 A lifestyle that involves a sleep cycle that's a little later than most others, one that has no strict workout timings, one that's very flexible and chilled out but can still manage to look so FABULOUS! Thank u so much for doing this video because u made me feel like my lifestyle is ok too. It's not necessary to wake up at like 5,6,7am and eat dinner by 8pm max and follow such strict timings to be healthy. You're one person who seems so fit without having a "perfect" lifestyle. If person don't get fat Then Its God gifted and If a person get fat he should to eat every thing but keep the following simple instructions in mind : 1: feed your body with boiled vegetable (it can b salan ) , fruits , and meat but once a week not on daily basis. 3: feed your soul with prayer 4: take 8 glass of water ( little bitwarm water) and Avoid stress ( it actually work😊) 5: Avoid junk food and sugar coated stuff and rice 6: cup of green tea after meal gap should be 20 min.
