Do it,got more since I saw he is still here (music industry wanted us to think he is no more), I was so stupid to believe that! I just swolowed all the words he said (all I could find) and feel so much better about many things, and me too... didn't need years of therapy! You just go with your idea, may only lead you to something "krazy"! To your real self!

KRS ONE is light years ahead of this interviewer it's so noticeable. You can tell he takes it easy with his statements and theories because she seems so ACADEMICALLY structured and reliant on this "training" she's attained. She's intelligent don't get me wrong, but of a different realm.

I don't believe that this is true at all. I think that she is quite astute , very knowledgeable. She is not KRS1 or isn't trying to be him. She is doing her job and bringing up some good points. He would come across the same to you with anyone interviewing him. She is not there to debate with him or hold him to account. She is examining along with KRS 1 assistance elements of his life for the benefit of the watcher or listener.

22:05-22:16 Exactly Americans wasn’t listening to Reggae at all and knew nothing about it. Before or the same year Rap Records came out in 1979,a movie film “Rockers” was released in the same year 1979. Many artists,Deejays producers all were in this movie. Jack Ruby,Drummer Horsemouth,Bongo Herman,Jah Wise,Jacob Miller,Gregory Isaacs,Leggo Beast, just to name a few. In fact it’s starts off with Nyahbingi & introducing Greetings with the I’cient Ashley Iyah I. You should remember him from the Coral Gardens Massacre “Bad Friday” Wildstyle was Hip Hop first movie and Style Wars was Hip Hop’s first documentary and Beatstreet 3rd Hip Hop Movie after “Breaking “… I definitely feel Reggae over Hip Hop. Those Beaver Fur Hats Horsemouth and Dirty Harry was wearing with the Red Gold & Green colors were like very revolutionary for the liberation movement of African people descent.

I love KRS1 but to hear KRS1 say Scott La Rock gave his last and put his own family and bills on hold to make sure he made it, broke my heart because KRS1 never ever looked after Scott La Rock son, Scott La Rock Jr after Scott was murdered. Scott La Rock Jr has stated on many podcast platforms that he and his mother has never heard from KRS1 after his father was killed. Scott La Rock Jr also said he has never been to KRS1 house, never ate a meal with him, never talked to him no nothing. Infact, Scott La Rock and his mother still live in the hood in the Bronx. To hear Scott Jr say that, made me look at KRS1 different. KRS1 should have gave his last to help Scott La Rock's Sr. Family when he was killed.

Hmm, KRS-One addresses the movie 12 Years a Slave and and of course everybody claps because he acknowledges black female suffering not being acknowledged (which we all know is a lie because black female suffering is acknowledged all the time and it's acknowledged WAY more than black male suffering) but he disregards black male suffering when he addresses the allegations of Afrika Bambaata by males by saying that the allegations are just allegations, and of course everybody claps to that also. Typical.

He's right you can go back on our culture of the Irish going back to 1400 , we were also bought to be honest and not to offend anybody we were bought on a ship next to the African slaves as well and we weren't indentured servitude either it was slavery, never got paid for anyting again we have to remember that the Europeans settler, will never ever change, and it's in our system in the United States government now more than ever in 2023, they just change the narrative from race to politics.

From his site Please do not get caught-up in videos, headlines and blogs! My 30-year career stands as evidence of my integrity. I am a man of JUSTICE! So, allow me to make my position extremely clear. In regards to the Afrika Bambaataa controversy, I am in no way “defending” Afrika Bambaataa, or somehow excusing him of the “accusations” made against him because he is Afrika Bambaataa. Be clear with this. I have saidrepeatedly on video and in writing that I am saddened and shocked at the whole controversy, and that Bam is going to have to deal with this matter on his own; that this is a matter for him to deal with personally with his accusers and that “I hope for the healing of everyone involved”. And I mean that. But to condemn any person with no evidence and only accusations to go by is indeed wrong and unlawful. Such is NOT leadership. Afrika Bambaataa’s attorney, Vivian Kimi Tozaki, has written: “Defamatory statements were published seeking to harm my client’s reputation so as to lower him in the community, while deterring others from associating or dealing with him. The statements, showing a reckless disregard for the truth, were published with knowledge of their falsity, and are being made by a lesser known person seeking publicity”. Afrika Bambaataa himself has also said, “I have never abused nobody”. But for some reason, none of this matters; Afrika Bambaataa is guilty of “sexual abuse” because of the “allegations” made against him. This is simply not right. It is not right from a legal, a political or from an ethical point of view, and older people, wiser people, more mature people should know this already. The ignorant and the immature can “feel” whatever they like, but this is why there are laws to govern social behavior. Too often we cry out for a brand of justice that we refuse to give to ourselves. Too often we as a community expect others to give us the justice that we are unwilling to give to ourselves. In the United States a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Yes,proven guilty. This is the law. Yet, Afrika Bambaataa has received no such presumption of innocence, he has already been deemed guilty of “abuse” with no evidence and only accusations against him. This is dangerous for anyone, and real leaders cannot become entangled in such controversies that have no real healing for the victims, no recovery for the accused and no real justice in sight. Again, I am in no way defending Afrika Bambaataa, I am defending real truth and real justice for all! KRS-One

Nak La but as a friend of the accused you should have a moral stance and not say “even if it’s true he’s still my guy” . That’s wrong. And if true his contribution could be taken away because it’s more likely he used it as a grooming tool and not genuinely to benefit hip hop, but to use hip hop for his own sick purpose that causes harm to the children who follow hip hop to uplift them and insults and goes against the the teachings and reasons of the culture.

funny story ... you look at all krs music videos with multi-millions & hundreds of thousands of views here on youtube, & see THOUSANDS of RECENT (post-bambaata comment) comments still supporting & enjoying his music, not even caring about this recent shit. those who have "turned against him" or now hate him or were never really fans or whatever & are just on the whole "fuck krs" thing, i mean sorry to kick a little reality but ya'll are the VAST MINORITY. KRS STILL HAS & WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE MILLIONS OF FANS & SUPPORTERS - he will continue to put out music, sell old & new music, have people bumpin his music, & tour the world.

SUPEROBSCUREBEATS funny story.... The comments on his RU-vid videos are MODERATED. Look at unmoderated videos on other channels and you see a different picture. Yes, he still has fans. But not so many. All that's left now is mindless sheep.

We were” employee’s” but they were slaves’ concept will never sit right with me (clearly the interviewer did not receive it neither) until my dying day.Hearing such words come out of the mouth of one that was one of the hood heroes hurt me seemingly more than a sward being pulled out of my body .! No matter which way he slice it up he (with all the knowledge that he claimed to possess) sound foolish ,wrong unthoughtful and uneducated.!
