the only thing about ceaser is that he will never allow anybody in the shop to open up there own tattoo shop and still at least work at black ink because in case he fire anybody in the shop one day what will they be able to fall back on this is just annoying he probably is a nice person if you get to know him personally that is the only that annoys me about him.
