Scru it did work in the way that ksi talked and ranted about deji's fitness and work ethic, then deji improved on it he just didn't throw.

After seeing the whole thing at Christmas a few years ago unfold I understand why ksi does this stuff publicly, he tried to fix things behind the scenes for so long while Deji blasted everything online so when ksi finally made things public and called him out online Deji snapped out of his shit, Deji cares too much about the public and not about his family tbh

People call it arrogance but no one knows what this man does behind the scenes he bet his whole career on this shit

From what I remember, back to what Jj was saying about him and Deji beefing; JJ tried multiple times to handle the situation privately and reach out to deji but the only time that changed was when he made the video on him. For whatever reason that video was enough for deji to reach out to JJ and they were finally able to talk it through and get past that situation. And that situation took months before deji made a move. I could be slightly wrong since it was some time ago but that’s how I remember it.

Scru, i highly recommend you watch "Ending it all", JJ made a very long video talking to Deji and adressing their issues and why he didn't/couldn't handle it privately, it's extremely complicated and i recommend you watch it before talking about his situation.

It doesnt have anything to do with publicly embarrassing him. Putting it out in the public with straight facts is how his brother actually takes him serious enough. Getting a little few texts has already been clarified to not work.

Deji doesnt take negative feedback to the face, he only sees the points when it's public negative feedback. it's not the best way to handle but yeah ... Deji is a clown, he doesnt take shit serious and brings shame to his family ( yes i say it like that cuz his parents AND jj are on social media and are known ) and needs to be taught how to be humble.

I kind of liked Alex Wassabi before he made this video to JJ, but now he is actually a joke. He needs to stay out of Deji and JJ's business and calm down his ego, because he won against Deji.

I have to admit, I was wrong about the video JJ made towards Deji. I am sure that JJ has done so much for Deji that we haven't seen. I was wrong for shitting so much on the video JJ made..if anyone cares.

As JJ said, this time, he was actually somewhat serious: He said that the best performing Deji was when he sparred with him a week before the fight, which means that Deji actually did train after the last public video he made after the Vinnie fight. Thats also the reason why he said "make it make sense" in his videos, since when he sparred with Deji he was impressed on his improvements, but somehow when he fought Alex he didnt even throw punches. I understand what JJ is trying to do, hes not trying to shame him for anything, as he said, he doesnt get money from his 2nd channel and if you think about it hes not getting anything off of making public videos like this. Also, when you look at JJ and Deji's beef history you can tell that every single time something negative about Deji was exposed to the public the beef either stopped or Deji improved.

Deji did improve physically the main point of his vid after the deji vs vinnie fight was too lose the weight in this fight deji was scared to throw punches and getting hit thats ksi’s issue this time so the vinnie vid did work in a sense but only upgraded deji in one aspect

Look at the last fight that deji did, ksi publicly shamed him so much about his unfitness, that he took the time to get fit. By the way Deji actually said this, that ksi was saying a lot of facts. Guess what, deji got fit after that video. In the past deji and ksi had Beef, and he had to go public because he had no other choice and it actually got to him. (Sorry if it sounds like I’m mad, I’m not. I actually love your videos! keep it up! just giving you a little bit of an update.) 😁

Do not forget that Deji cleaned up his whole training regimen and what he was doing in order to do better BECAUSE of KSI's public video about him. He's only currently on a better path in this type of thing because of that. Prior to it he kept not doing anything. The vinnie fight was literally a showcase of how bad Deji got about really not caring or taking it seriously on his own. Just gathered Yes Men around him and sat back and made the wrong choices and made himself look bad. All KSI wants is for him to look better. And Deji is the kind of person who is fueled by the public opinion rather than his own. His desires are based on what 'the people' want. Which isn't the worst thing but it means this is how he has to have his personal problems dealt with too.

Maybe you weren’t aware of their beef back then, but Deji literally said in his video that he hates being seen as a bad guy from people on the internet, so that’s what started all this public interaction. JJ tried to work with it privately at first, but Deji brought it upon him first. KSI said him and Viddal spoke to him personally 1 month before the Jake Paul fight, and he did good. KSI didn’t talk about him after that loss, so he lost to Vinnie horribly. This time KSI spoke about him and his weight and cardio, and Deji actually listened. KSI said he needed to work on his cardio and he got tired too quickly it was ridiculous. So, Deji worked on that, he listened. He listened too much. He thought: maybe if I don’t punch as much I won’t get as tired. So he listened to JJ, now JJ is telling him he needs to have his cardio up, and be able to punch. So yes, the public thing does work. Maybe because you’re not informed about KSI and Deji’s past, but KSI is telling the truth in this video.

Last time ksi publicly shamed deji after losing to vinnie hacker, it actually did work. In ksi's video reacting to the deji loss against vinnie, he wanted him to work harder on his cardio and get into shape. Deji responded positively to this, and met up with him in person, took this advice to heart, then actually put in the work this time around for the alex wasabi fight. Obviously, he didn't perform well on the night for completely different reasons (a lack of confidence and hesitancy to throw, which wasn't even a problem in his fight against vinnie btw), but the point is that ksi's video publicly shaming deji after the vinnie loss did succeed in solving the problem it was intended to solve-- improving Deji's cardio and fitness.

JJ also said multiple times hes still training, never really stopped just slowed down. He's kept his diet the same and still does everything the same minus the full schedule.

Every brother dynamic is different tbh there are some family issues that should obviously never be public but I wouldn’t count this as one of them.

If you paid attention Scru, he fought deji days before the match, and he has always been adamant that deji could bring him down. So when you're saying about his arrogance and not thinking anyone can take him isn't actually true, he does think that he can be beat, and the person he says that most could do it...is Deji...if he'd take this seriously. If you remember in the last video the one they're talking about, he mentioned how deji had started to slack off just months before the fight and JJ told him to drop out of the fight, because he feared he wasn't ready. He was there for his brother throughout his training, keeping a very close eye, if you saw JJ's twitter just before the fight, the only reason he even showed up to such a lackluster event was because his little brother was fighting. For some reason Deji doesn't take criticism in private, only when he is publically pressured to do so. It was JJ's video that spurred him to drop off of social media, and focus on preparing. Yes, JJ talks a lot of trash, that's him and always has been him, you know that. I mean it was his trash talk that got Quad to publically murder him with Insecure. (which he did eventually later admit was the best diss track against him.) JJ has been fairly transparent with this, when Deji was lying and manipulating JJ's fans to try and make JJ look physically abusive and shit JJ kept trying to end it, and it put him at a particularly low point. He has tried over and over and over again to get his brother to take something seriously and this seems to be the only way in which he responds. Alex is butting his nose in to something and someone that he doesn't know at all. Yeah the way JJ does things is the exact opposite of how I handle things with my little brother. For me and him, it's locked in a room together with literally no one around 1 on 1. But I know I can't force my way of doing things on to everyone else.

The reason why jj is publicly talking about deji is because in the past when they had beef and jj tried to talk in private. deji just ignored him and publicly said things and also blocked him adn ignored him over and over. which is why he made a video whcih is when deji finally responded and listened and the beef was fixed and they went back to normal

It ain't just a nigerian thing dude. Most people don't do this kind of thing and wouldn't even think of it. It's just they are content creators/public figures that have a large audience so that makes them different from us really. It's like a disconnect between people with different wealth, no matter if they the same race, they live different and are in a different class. Not to say every public figure are the same, it's just easy to realize that fame can make them think they need to share way too much. Like those family channels that record their kids for views and sharing too much but it is true that this is quite toxic. They shouldn't solve everything like this and it certainly would mess with deji.
