KSI dodged the fact by saying they are in control of flavoring and al, obviously he have that sort of control coz KSI and Logan are the face of the company, but never mentioned controlling shares. So the kid was right KSI and Logan have shares in Prime but not they don't fully own it.
Tbf he might not want to disclose that info. It's unlikely Max would have over 50% of the company, but if it's split between multiple people it might just turn out that he has the most, even if it is only a bit more than the others have. You can have the most percentage but still not be in control
