When I was younger I used to work in a 5 star hotel, Ryan and Blake stayed there and I drove them around a bit. They were pretty messy lol. Blake’s underwear was everywhere when I went to their room. I have a PhD now and work in a different country, but I also forgot about that until I saw this vid. Because what you kids need to understand is Ryan and JJ are just people. Yeah it’s really demotivating but you just have to stick to it. Food naturally makes you look more bloated, especially if it’s higher in sodium and carbs.
Us naturally fat bois have to work a lot harder to keep it off, it sucks but it can be beneficial for building muscle because we aren’t hard gainers. Some people can’t put on fat or muscle no matter what they do

Honestly jj, My advice to you is make 80% of your daily intake what you need to condition your body and eat healthy. Then make the other 20% what it is you want you eat. It will make it easier to stick to a diet when you allow yourself to still enjoy what you like within reason
It is so refreshing to hear someone say that losing weight is hard, I’m on my journey and have lost 131lbs so far and it has been the most difficult thing I’ve ever done. It’s a whole change of lifestyle but absolutely for the better 🙌🏼
@@VXTViczee bruh, not everyone thinks the same, some people might be too naive or just think that losing weight is easy. But when they start, they suddenly find it really hard and just give up after knowing that the results don't show that quickly
@@VXTViczee I’ve lost count of how many people over the years that have simply said, “oh just lose weight”🤷🏼♀️ as if it’s as simple as a walk in the park. Some people don’t realise that for some people it’s a whole change in mindset, it’s a mental challenge aswell as a physical one. I honestly do think some people don’t understand how hard it can be.
@@VXTViczee I have seen people say genetics doesn’t count when losing weight, even if fast and slow metabolism does impact on how fast you can gain weight or muscle.
The weight loss things... I lost 35kg at the start of 2020... and the thing that worked the best ( aside from eating the right amount and exercise ) was being consistent ... be consistently good and you'll get good results. its the hardest part too
I think I lost like 10 kg when I started working out 6-9 months ago. Havent eaten as much as I have before I exercised, I havent been that consistent with exercising but still lost weight, hope it still goes well.

I always see people say he gets out of shape, which is true cause he gains so much weight, but the man still trains He stays athletic all year round. Only difference is the weight gain/loss He says he “bulks,” but to me it just seems that he wants to enjoy eating whatever he wants until it’s time to diet again

Im sure you done clips of this on your socials, but I'd say it be a cool insight on the channel to see how you train and could give us as well some tips
It’s not super hard to loose weight my boi, Just stay consistent, with a decent diet, you can always fall off and have a cheat meal here or there as long as you get back to it, you got it big homie
