No time for a video right now. My graphics mods are Astronomer's Visual Pack, scatterer, planetshine, realplume and environmental visual enhancements (Still a little unstable in 1.10). I also use texture replacer with custom black textures for the skybox. In the video I also use Kerbal engineer redux.

Try in sandbox. It works for me and you are the only person having issues. If it really doesn't work, flags could be the issue, I don't know how ksp and kerbalx are doing with that. But the craft should still load.
