there is a bug currently where you can not dock the landed booster to the OLM. Also the Chopsticks hitbox with the new pushers is extreamly brocken an doesnt work well. So sadly you can not land and launch one booster or shit over and over again. I would wait for the next SEP DEV update for bug fixes. thank me later

You can restack it. Place the booster on the ground right next to the OLM, save, reload, then stack.
