The reason Jordan Peterson was so funny is because he wasn't trying to be funny. Genuinely good jokes arise spontaneously, you can't force them. He was not playing a character, he was just authentically himself. Respect.

He’s honestly one of the best dudes! Centered and humble. He has common sense and we could all learn a lot from him. Canada and the USA would be way better places if our people in charge had a thought process like him. Also, if you want to change your life read some of his books
@@stevesexton6405 I just finished reading "12 More Rules for Life: Beyond Order" and I recommend literally everybody to read both that and the first edition, "12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos". Regardless of what your beliefs and views are, there is a hell of a lot to learn. I like that JP doesn't look to affirm his readers' problems like a concerning amount of modern-day psychologists do, but instead forces people to take a good look at their own life choices and recognize the mistakes they've made. Despite being able to call people out on their bs, he is more than able to empathize with everyone and genuinely wants to help others prosper as individuals. You also can't forget his focus on Being and truly striving for everyone to experience what Being really means. Overall, he's an extremely down-to-Earth guy who provides advice and guidance that anybody could easily implement into their lives.

She truly is, I’m so pissed she isn’t getting the recognition she deserves. There’s such depth and clever elements that you have to listen to a couple times to catch on, but she is absolutely excellent! Loved both her sets. She packs so much into a minute.

I was kinda shocked how great of a guest he was the entire show. I love this guy but this show is not usually the vibe you expect JP to be around. Love this guy.
His simple questions are what KT needs. "Why did you start? Why do you feel that way?" Lots of open ended questions are a good thing. Not asking where you work and getting upset that they hold normal jobs...

I think it's because he's like morally grounded but also smart enough to cut you with his words, and he's actually kinda funny so it becomes competitive in a way trying to avoid the cheap shots. Plus you know a lot of his fans are gonna watch this episode (the reason I clicked) so the online audience is gonna be slightly more high brow them normal

As someone with an unhealthy lifestyle and a Psych degree, I love Jordan Peterson. The people who go into that field generally want to find out solutions to their own problems. JP is hilarious and as real as it gets.
Jordan Peterson, great guest, naturally funnier that a lot of comedians who've been on the panel, rolled with the punches, sharp, witty. Really enjoyed it!
Don't know about being funnier than other comics but his zingers from years of debating and having to respond in intense conversations especially interviews where some interviewers have been hostile to him and he's worked on responding to the hostility with not just mostly sensible answers but also keeps it funny as a counter punch, metaphorically speaking.

Yeah and when they dissed him it wasn’t even funny at all, I feel like someone like Ari Matti or Sam Tallent are better at being harsh but funny at the same time. Tony ain’t even that funny himself.

Dr Peterson is easily one of the best guests yet. He can't help but psycho-analyze the guests while also dropping some quick wit. Loved it. Tony is a smart dude.

I would pay money to be able to see Jordan talk to each guest and really say what he thought about them. Having watched enough of his content I already know he had tremendous respect for every single one of those people for going up and doing something new and challenging. Plus so many of them had crazy back stories that I would kill to know what Peterson thought about. Such a weird crossover but I loved it

Honestly! I'm a big JP "fan" and obviously he's incredibly (socially) intelligent; but that doesn't necessarily translate perfectly to quick witted comedy.
Bit late to this episode but Jordan needs to be on way more! Very cool to see this side of him. His personality really adds to the panel. Great episode!!!
Exactly. It was great. Just the perfect amount of intellect and comedic genius. Not only that but Peterson actually looked like he was genuinely enjoying himself. Which made me like him even more

I was saving this all week for my boring sunday and was not disappointed. Jordan was probably the best guest I've seen on here in awhile and participated alot.
her planned routine or written jokes bombed - but there's no doubt about her off-the-cuff improvisation, there seems to be a disconnect there between when she's performing for an audience, and when she's just engaged in conversation - and that's where her humor seems to shine.
It’d be funny if jordan calls Tony out on his egotistical outbursts and god complex. (If you need examples watch the episode titled “the regulars” with kam,Hans and William)
I took a break watching Jordan Peterson because he's very serious in his podcast. I'm glad he was a guest at Kill Tony and see him laugh a lot. It does help lighten up his vibe.
She definitely has potential she just needs to tone it down a bit. Most of her jokes would get a lot of laughs on a jobsite or in the military but regular comedy crowds don't like comedy that dark

Y'all need to stop reading the comments and live chat specifically for KT. It's 90% petty amateur comics, armchair critics, and the rest are bots that quote the Bible. It's probably one of the reasons Tony is looking for a streaming deal. I hope KT doesn't end up on Netflix because it would be edited down to 10 mins of "acceptable" content for their platform. Maybe Rogan or Elon will start their own comedy streaming stand up thing.
I liked the moments when Jordan Peterson asked them honest, more serious questions. I like the dynamic the hosts roasting the comedians after they bomb and and Jordan Peterson asks a question like "Why is comedy for you?"
Peterson had some ZINGERS for a professor! Great guest, I would have never expected him here in 10 years, but I loved it and would love to have him back
Dr. Jordan Peterson added a whole other dimension to this show that was both insightful and, more surprisingly, quite funny. Some comics didn't perform quite well and then Peterson asked them some insightful questions about their lives and motivations that really opened them up and made us root for them in the end. Not back, bucko.

Comedians are psychoanalytical people by trade, they craft their trade learning about the human mind, and use their own experiences as a reference point to make it sound funny... If you think people with Jordan Petersons background and profession aren't innately interested and somewhat admire comedy as an art and all comedians simply for the effort... then you have no idea who Jordan Peterson is or what he does for a living 😂😂
Brandon Phariss (guy in purple) just reminded all of us what true human emotions look like. I'm rooting for this guy, and hope to see him again down the road.
