One thing I've learned from watching and being apart of "interviews" or interrogations is, NEVER allow yourself to be thrown off by the slow "I don't know if I want ask this" demeanor. Trust and believe they are talking to you because they have a direction they want to go and they want you to trip yourself in opening the door for them. They aren't "sped" as they try to play off to be. That's them trying to mirror your energy to make you feel comfortable in talking. They aren't your friend, they don't care to help YOU and the best thing you can do is SHUT UP and lawyer up.

The lawyers be in on it also. They all know each other prosecution knows the judges and the defense knows the judges. Some of them go out to eat with each other. It should be against the law that any of them talk to each other outside of work.

For anybody reading this; Let's just say: God forbid you end up in a situation like this right here relevance to foolio, always remember this.... You don't have to enter that interrogation room. You can refuse to be interrogated altogether. They're probably going to respond with why if you have nothing to hide. Your response: Simply tell the officer if they have enough evidence they would have already placed you under arrest.... That should be followed up by asking them if you are under arrest If not then follow-up another question...... Am I free to go then ?

You THINK they didn’t. Every interview is to establish a pattern. To analyze toned, body language, verbiage, who’d u talk to , how’d u talk to them, what day you talked to them, what day u talked to them etc. just a matter of time before they claim probable cause and you don’t walk out of their while they build a case starting with the assumption that you’re snitching on their next POI who will be everyone u have mentioned. As a lawyer, the second best response outside of "I do not speak to cops, I do not answer questions, and I will exercise my right to remain silent," is to simply just show up on absolute bullshit. The reason you're in the interrogation chair as a suspect is because they DON'T know what they do need to know to charge and arrest you. They can cook some things up that won't stick, but they have no clue. But if you sit in there on absolute bullshit, saying "I don't know" to everything, it's the same thing as just not talking. The Melly trial has even shown that it works on the stand, too. "I don't know" is actually sneakily the second best response in the criminal justice system.

Jacksonville Sheriff's Office can and will just break into your house to illegally search it calling it a "protective sweep". I know. I think I sat in that same chair as Foolio about 10 months ago, as a victim, before they put the cuffs on me and told me I'm being arrested based off that illegal search.

Let me tell anybody who gets detained or arrested and placed in the interrogation room. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT eat or drink anything the police offers you. If they arrest you, you'll have to leave whatever you've eaten or drank and they can get your DNA off of those water bottles or utensils you've used. And B exercise your right to an attorney and don't say a word.

Don’t they already have your DNA from other things before you even got into the room? I’ve never seen a interrogation with the suspect wearing gloves, meaning DNA is already getting on stuff regardless of if u take they food or not. I’m not an expert when it comes to interrogations but I believe food is given to comfort the suspect and make them feel at home (so they open up a bit more).

He has one on retainer. He wasn't pulled over by regular cops, they were apart of a gang task force. It was a targeted stop bc they wanted to confiscate his cell phones. That's why he was on the side of the road for 2 hours before being arrested. The state attorney was there as well. He fought the case & beat the felony charges. His lawyer sounds him out on social media all of the time.

Look at all of the times police are being accused of inappropriate contact with women when they pull them over. I see nothing wrong with making sure you’re stopped in a well lit area with a strong chance of witnesses as well! It should be no different for men!!!! With everything going on in the world now with police misconduct it should not even be a question! I stopped where I felt safe…end of story!

At first, Foolio says yes, like he understands the question, but his answer to the question was actually NO. This is why you need a lawyer. Listen to that part carefully, up to where the detective asks, "Do you feel that way?"
