KTM 1090: Builds and moves the mobile mount 

Have always had the quadlock bracket mounted on the handlebars when using GPS via the mobile phone. The negative thing about them is that you have to take your eyes off the road and look down at the handlebars, which is not good. So I threw together a bracket so I could mount the mobile above the speedometer.
