why not? then can downgrade the rear sproket and get 300km/h top speed without any problems. What I am not sure is if they are gonna get woobles on such high speeds.

I never did a GPS comparison of the speed, but the bike should be standard, apart from the Akrapovic slip-on that comes with the R version.

I have a video of my helmet setup, you can have a look at it.. I didn't do anything much, in editing I just tweak the background noise down a bit, that's all. You cannot escape the vibrations of a single thumper, some call it character. Also, single thumper engines are not known for high top speeds as well. I could be mistaken. :)

r25 can hit 200 if im correct . zx6r top is 250+ if im not mistaken

Standard R25, I don't think so, and the ZX-6R top is higher than 250+ as well. :)

This is fully stock/standard, with just the Akrapovic slip-on. Maybe you can consider a steering damper?

I'm not aware of it, KTM has a few models you need to be a bit more specific. The best source would be from owners through groups or forums.

It's a single big piston thumper and tuned more for the torque than top speed. Maybe the new higher cc Duke still in development will be different.

The acceleration is good just not high top end.. It's a single 690

@@thesighbored I know, I'm currently riding a 450L and looking for maybe a second bike. The 450L has the same issue with no top end, but it makes up for it with being able to go anywhere :). I think the 690 would be fun but might not be what I am after.

295 is difficult for the 1000cc bikes. R6's top speed is about 260kmh. Just check the top speed with gps, the bike's speedo reads up to 10% more on almost every bike. When you change sprockets even more. So i don't believe anyone, if i don't see the top speed on the gps
