this issue might confuse you about the integrity of the engine

PROBLEM :
the engine acts like it have a mind of it's owne
the rpm gose to full thruttle without touching it
, or thruttle not responding when you use it
crasy rpm gose up and down with no thruttle

additional info :
truning off and on again it gose back to normal for some time
then the issue starts again
=====================================
CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM
this issue is cause due to the main computer ECU
not getting the right voltage it needs to oparate
and fuel to air mixture singaling is interupted
=====================================
PARTS THAT CAN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ISSUE
dirty battery terminals ,currosion , loose battery screws
/ weak battery/ bad dc voltage regulator / bad stator - ac charging coil/
can also be a bad ECU but most of the times it will not be
======================================
once fixed .
the issue was gone and never came back

things to check first
the battey terminals must be spotless clean without any currosion
and the bolts that holds the battery wires must be closed tight
battery shuld read 12.6v or more when turned off
mine is 13.2v at resting mode using a multimeter
