In this video, I will show you how to solve the battery charging problem of KTM RC 200. This is a common issue that many KTM owners face, especially if they don't ride their bike regularly or use a battery charger. The problem can be caused by a bad or shorted regulator/rectifier, which prevents the battery from getting the proper voltage from the stator. If you have this problem, you may see an error code JY_1.7.3 on your digital panel, or your bike may not start at all.
To fix this problem, you will need to replace the regulator/rectifier with a new one. I will show you how to remove the old one, check it with a multimeter, and install the new one. You will also need to check the battery voltage and the stator output to make sure everything is working properly. This procedure is applicable to all KTM models and also to other motor brands.
