The prop stand on KTM EXC models is a lightweight affair, fine for racing, but not up to the job for adventure touring. They frequently break. In this video I repair a stand with an upgraded pivot.
Excellent job, well done. That lathe work takes me back to my school days when we had metalwork as a subject. My teacher nearly strangled me for leaving the “chap” in the lathe chuck when I was measuring my work piece. Happy days, great pity kids aren’t offered it any more.
