Hi all, here’s a recipe before the end of 2023. Make it a great one!
Ingredients for sauce: (makes enough for 5 lbs noodles)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 TB minced garlic
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt (add more if not using chicken flavoring)
2 TB chicken flavoring (optional)
1/4 cup sweet soy sauce
1/4 cup mushroom seasoning sauce
1/4 cup golden mountain seasoning sauce
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
Other ingredients:
5 lbs rice stick noodles soaked in hot tap water
Eggs 2-12 (optional)
1 cup cilantro and green onions for garnishing
