Dude this is awesome!! Anyway possible. You could do a slower demonstration. I need to do this to my TL12V2 Takeuchi. People are desperate to get this equipment off!!
All you really need to do is punch out the DPF and then just unplug the EGR valve that’s all you really need to do! I don’t have another machine to make a tutorial on
@@TheFULLsenderclub Want to use mine as a demo. From start to finish? Would give you a hundred bucks an hour to do it. Plus travel. They say it needs to be deleted through ACM and ECU. And EGR blocked off. This is a Canadian company. That say they can delete it electronically in the ACM and ECU. Which I have to send to Canada for them to do it. They delete it. Send it back. Includes new muffler, EGR blocking plate. They say they can only delete it electronically. If I send it to them. My local diesel mechanic. Tried to delete DEF codes or reset them. Any chance you could help a brother out. Would pay you!! I hate this system!!
Did you purchase all the options? Egr,dpf, see urea and performance tuning to make it work? It’s almost 4k to purchase all of those but if I don’t need them that would be better.
Mine is a 75 and it only had a DPF and EGR valve on it so when I deleted everything, it was only in limp mode until it reached operating temperature and then it was fine and ran great, but I don’t know if it would do the same thing on one with DEF I would say delete everything off the machine and then See how it runs and then get the tune after if you need to
Hello, So I have a 2016 TL12v2. I gutted the insides of me dpf and left all the sensors in place. I didn't do anything to the EGR. When I run my machine it goes into limp mod and throughs a code for SCR system. What can I do?
Hhmmm yeah idk why it would do that you can get it tuned and that’ll fix the issue Here’s where you can buy the tuner from www.gpt-consulting.com/ Use my promo code “TFSC07” for 10% off your order!!
It’s a yes, and no…. you can pull everything off and it will run. Yes it’s just it will be in limp mode until it reaches operating temperature and then after that you’ll have full power and it will throw error codes if you pull off the EGR valve I just now realize these after running it for over 100 hours with it deleted, without a tune on it. But you will need to put a tune on it if you don’t want it to go in to limp mode and not throw any codes
No, you cannot do this with the 95. you have to properly delete and tune the computers. But it should still start it just may shut itself down when it sees all the sensors are not communicating. get ahold of me and I can tune it.
That’s awesome! I have a 97-2 and a 75-2. Was about to order delete kits, but on the 75 if I can just pull that garbage off and leave the sensors off, that’s what I’m doing.
