Nice job! You sure work hard but it must be very rewarding when you eat what you grow and see your produce replenished in jars or freezer. I grow blue lake variety but not tried strikers. Never grown sweet potatoes but will this year, maybe in a big pot. I hope you figure out a rake; that's backbreaking. Well, that rain should help with the dust! It's always interesting to see what you're up to. Thanks for sharing!👵🌱👍

Hello Melody, I actually just finished a big bowl of my potatoes and green beans from 2017. :)

In particular I’m curious about the germination rate of freeze dried seeds/beans! Seems like it could be a game changer

If it worked but I don't think it would. Let me know... Thanks!

I have a similiar setup. I slide the discs more toward the middle to rake the rows over. It works like a charm.

David, I ran over a furrow this morning with them set wide and I thought of that same idea. I was too lazy to move them in as it is a bit of a hassle with my particular implement. Night be worth it if I could work out doing them all at once so I only have to switch back once. Thanks!

Loved the way that quik hitch on the rear connected the PTO too ! (ahahaaaa)

Ed, my sister called me to say: "you always make it look so easy". There is usually too much swearing during the PTO hookup to post that part. I do leave out a bit... :)

Potatoes look good. Don’t forget the copper sulfate.

Wait a second....Bloomberg didn't say anything about drip tape...are you SURE you're doing this correctly? Seriously though, I'm really curious about the frozen seeds and how well they kept in the freezer. Keep the great work.

LOL! Took me a minute but I got it. Well have to see with the seeds. I ordered a planter for the next ones. I'm tired of planting those long rows by hand.

I like the way you think. You lay out those rows the same way you pressure can. All the tools needed & set-up before you start.👍 That was interesting about the irrigation system. I heard you say 2 different water sources. It's always good to have a back-up to your back-up. Has anything ever happened to your flags on the ground & you didn't know where the connectors were at?

Hello Hoot. I do have to replace the flags ever so often. I have post driven into the ground to mark the rows. You can see how I did this when I originally built the garden back in 2016. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-o-xwQHduYUo.html

Hello Daughter Bear. I probably have 20 hrs of barn redo video that I have to start editing. It's coming along really nice so far, almost entirely closed in and I have big plans to finish it out. Your not going to even recognize it.

Why aren’t you burying the drip tape? I have not seen it used like this before.
