I'm impressed with the design of how the backhoe is attached and removed. It looked pretty easy to do. My New Holland has a removeable loader and I don't think I could remove my loader any faster. Thanks for showing this.
Definitely wanting to upgrade from my l3901tlb to one of these in the future. Any idea how much it weighs without the backhoe attached? I couldn’t find that info anywhere.
L47 is a awesome machine. I’m not sure about the specs.. but I do know it feels pretty good operating that machine,, it’s solid ..! not interested in the backhoe attachment?
@@ryanlynch2259 interested in weight without the backhoe for transport weight when doing 3 pt hitch work. Most of my backhoe work is within driving distance but I do a lot of grapple work for other people and there’s no need to haul around a heavy backhoe if it isn’t needed for every job.
Tractor without backhoe and front bucket is 7,200lbs. BT1000 backhoe is 1,598lbs. Not sure about the front bucket, but it's at least 300lbs. If you try and use the loader without the backhoe you're gonna find that the back wheels will come off the ground! A 400lb box blade on the back isn't even enough weight in my opinion. It's an awesome tractor. I've had mine for 5 years and almost 1,000 hours.
