wheat flour -1.5 cups, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt, 4 tbsp vegan curd or dairy curd, 1/4 cup or less water, 1 tbsp wood groundnut oil, nigella seeds as needed, coriander and garlic as needed.

I tried this recipe yesterday with white peas/matra. These kulchas tasted amazing and were far better than the maida version available in the market. Moreover during this pandemic/lockdown scenario, this tutorial really helped a lot as I don't need to rush to the grocery store now.Thanks for this healthy recipe video. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi Nisa, I have been making kulchas and naans with wheat flour and oats flour. Sometimes, even mix in barley flour or some millet flours. It's always soft and tasty. Thanks for this receipe.

This came out so well!!! I made with sourdough, mix of wheat n maida. I grated cheese , add garlic coriander as stuffing as another version.

Ma'am I see you using baking powder or baking soda instead of yeast. Which one is healthy? There is also another option called 'appam karam' in malayalam. Kindly suggest, I am eagerly waiting for a healthy option.
