Honestly I didn't know anything about this ghost village... thank you so much for this insight video to aware me about the mysteries and unknown stories and places of our own country that I'm not aware of. I'm sure there must be many who may not believe in ghost stories and I'm sure someone must'd tried to prove that there isn't any ghost petroling in the night... has anyone tried to do that, I mean did you come to know when you were there or has the thought crossed your mind that maybe you should go in the night to see is there any ghost really living the nights of the mysterious village? I like to visit offbeat villages of the mountain dwellers and like in one of my such visit last year, I was in this village called Pokhriyabong in Darjeeling and I remember I went for a walk on the side-hill, below the twist and turning trail there was a thick forest where leopards were spotted by villagers now and then but not often, they'd never cause any threat to the humans living there but they get threatened by the ghost stories that they'd been hearing from generations to generation. As you know on the mountains the night comes quickly and it was getting darker, I was afraid that I may meet a leopard who wants to kill me so I wanted to hurry up back to my temporary sojourn, but a sweet local lady I met on my way was telling me the leopard story and insisted me that I should go to her place for a cup of tea and she wanted to introduce me to her family, before I enter in her house she took me to the room were she kept the collection of woods for the winter, she burnt the edge of one of the wooden stick and asked me to touch there, I touched the burn without any question, after a second I asked her the reason, she said theirs new born baby in the house and so before entering her house I shouldn't be unknowingly carrying a ghost spirit with me into her house, maybe an invisible ghost was chasing me and could enter in their house to do evil to their baby, this was a very common story that almost all the villagers believed but on asking the people I encountered, nobody said that they'd seen it or experienced it.
