I'm an Ashanti from Bekwai in the Amansie East Constituency but is this press conference against the vice-President only the entire government. It's supposed to be an appeal to the government. Mentioning Kennedy Agyepong here is absolutely wrong and lambasting Chairman Wontumi for supporting Dr. Bawumia means this press is in disguise made to campaign for Kennedy Agyepong. That's the NONSENSE part of this press conference.
Wontumi is the problem. He distributes money to people to talk nonsense. His only interest is the protection he gets from Akufo Addo for his galamsey activities

It is long time coming, I am very proud to see this 'Pressure Group ' coming out to hammer out your grievances. This conference is well organised and conducted and all the messages you are sending out makes a lot of sense. The results of last general election shows that both major parties NPP and NDC their stronghold is Ashanti Region. NDC PARTY got more votes in Ashanti Region than any Region in Ghana so in I am telling both party to come to Ashanti Region and help us in our quest for development to show their gratitude and love to Ashanti and Ashanti people. Because Ashanti people we stand for a better Ghana. If you say you love Ghana 🇬🇭 and you are patriot and you care about the development of Ghana you should fight for the development of Ashanti Region. Ashanti Region makes huge contribution to the treasury of Ghana through it vast products Cocoa , gold , Bauxite etc, etc. So it is only befitting that you use some of the money to develop Ashanti Region. I want to take this opportunity to that it will be good and proper to make Ashanti Region the Capital City of Commerce as Dr. Kwame Nkrumah intended for. I will be happy to hear more from this group. I'm for DMB. But I've always been advocating that Akuffo will live a great legacy in this our region if he's able to complete these projects including the Nyinahin sports complex. He needs to complete at least; Kumasi airport, Central market, Komfo Anokye maternity block, Afari military hospital, sewua regional hospital, the Nyinahin sports complex and some of the agenda 111 hospital projects. With this the chances of Npp breaking the 8 will be very high.
