This time, it's not attachment to materialism, it's about attachment to what others think - shame. You would feel shame if you went out naked in the streets. But, these men don't. They're not attached to what others think. But it looks like you're Muslim, from your channel. So... You're probably not going to understand any of these reasons in much depth, similar to how I can't understand more (of what I'm sure of), profound reasons and effects.
