This was incredibly hard but even not being able to do all the exercises, my entire body was vibrating with kundalini energy! I'm fairly experienced with kundalini yoga but you've got SO many kriyas I've never seen before. Awesome! Thank you so much.

I try to do this every morning, especially on gym days. It’s intense but very rewarding. I use to try the 30 min but time wasn’t on my side and I found the shorter version… I’m able to fit it in and it helps.
Great exercises. Really different from what I’m used to and it’s refreshing. They are direct and help me to connect to my core. The music is a bit loud. I had trouble focusing and understanding the instructions. It was a bit overwhelming for me.
just a suggestion... either drastically lower the music or no music. its very hard to concentrate with the music going, especially while your talking. and I would love to know how to properly say the phrases. I enjoy your videos.

This like many other yoga videos could be improved if the background sounds, including music, were at a much lower level-- your instruction shouldn't compete for the viewer's attention!
This is still a constructive criticism. It is about balance. The music is way to loud. So it´s hard to hear you speaking. You would never encounter this in a movie, tv show, etc, because professional sound guys are aware of not letting things getting to crowded. I would listen to AmandLark, and take his advice. He is making a very good point. Wether you love the music is irrelevant. because is not about that. Eat. I was going over it. It is ok in most places. But around 5:50, it is two crowded, the singing competing with your talking.
Hi Kimilla, I LOVE the music. Do not change it. Even the different tones is refreshing because it is a subtle reminder that your videos are authentic and real!! I need to commit with ONE Kriya as I have been doing several different videos. I cannot pinpoint it down to which one to do for forty days. I want to commit truthfully Any suggestions? :)
Is it okay to stretch and spread hands just slightly below knees while kneeling as here?..I can place hands on floor but it feels strange, like humped too far forward, and not getting full expansion of ribcage. Please lower the background music.. thankyou.
I like the music but it is way too loud to be able to make sense of what you are saying but perhaps the talking isn't that important? Or perhaps your FREE videos aren't for us with difficulties hearing or is all of your instructional videos the same? Not sure there is any point buying the classes you have on your site? Please advise

Please consider a different style of music, something like a healing frequency or natural sounds allow for a more meditative practice. I found myself very distracted.
In a negligee 😂 Can we not be enchantingly beautiful in other ways….? Not to mention coupling that outfit with spiritual soundtrack of chanting Guru’s name 😓
