Kung Fu (NES) - 2 Million Points

Kung Fu has always been a favorite of mine growing up, both NES and arcade versions. I've picked it up again only recently in an attempt to master this scoring technique. This is my first good attempt after a bit of practice; high score of 2,046,090 on game mode A in 8 loops. Note that the score counter rolls over after each million.
There are two main sources for points:
○ 5000 Gripper bonus. You can get 5000 points for every 12th enemy, provided it's a Gripper and that you kill it with a jump kick. If you kill the 12th Gripper by any other means, or a non-Gripper enemy for number 12, you lose the 5k bonus until the next floor. Shaking off enemies does not count as a kill.
○ Dragons and Confetti balls on the 2nd floor, which are worth 2000 and 1000 points respectively.
I still need to get better at dealing with poison moths on the faster loops. Floor 4 in general is pretty terrible.
