according to the Guiness book of records the smallest pub in England is the Nutshell in Bury St Edmunds which from the photos looks like this. This signal box is the 6th smallest.

the signal box claims to be the smallest pub in the world, and from the photos it certainly looks it. but there is no independant verification. Though platform 3 Claygate, looks even smaller and can only hold 4 customers.

He isn't still playing now surely. He Certainly can't be making any money from it.
