For Batter / Coating

Corn Flour - 1/2 cup
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Pudina Powder - ½ tps
Pepper & Salt - As per taste
