You can literally see that on the company’s website. We are on the internet you got no excuse for being ignorant when u can research pretty much anything. Weed is still illegal on a federal level in America which is why WWE still stop their athletes using it.

But what I’m saying is as long as weed is illegal federally not just legal by some states regulations the wwe will continue too fine and stop their wrestlers smoking weed because Vince would be too worried about looking bad or upsetting his friends in high places .

@@nadirsanchez1675 because whilst weed is legal in a lot of states, if you look at American federal law it’s still an illegal drug. Which is why companies can still get away with discriminating against employees that use marijuana in legal states. It’s a shitshow mate haha basically it’s legal in some states but not because it’s still federally classed as a drug it lets company’s treat it as one.

Damn I wish RVD wouldn't have gotten caught with the weed charge, he probably wouldve had a good run and maybe multiple runs with the company. It wouldve been awesome, maybe him and Benoit, him and Angle, him and Mysterio, him and CM Punk for the belt wouldve been cool as hell.

Supposedly RVD was supposed to drop the WWE strap in a triple threat between him, Cena and Edge at SummerSlam 2006, but I'm not sure if he would have gained it back later on.

I’ll always wonder just because he chose to leave when his contract came up less than a year later. I just don’t think he’d ever truly be at the top because he didn’t care like they wanted.

I think ECW would have flourished if the roster orientated around Kurt, Benoit, rvd, sabu, Bobbie lashley. It could have been used as a platform to propel talents with potential. The show being limited to a 60 to 90 minute slot with a smaller more intimate audience could have been a unique selling point of the show. I'd have loved to watch angle against Benoit weekly with up and coming talent thrown into the mix.. Recreating team angle faction would have been amazing

I've listened to Kurt talk in interviews for the last decade and always thought he had lost the plot. While coherent, he'd often just rubbish. In these podcasts he really sounds well articulated and knowledgeable. I'm really pleased he's turned it all around.

I am a correctional officer and we have the same rules. We can be suspended or terminated if we fail a drug test for pot. I live 10 minutes south of Michigan where it is legal.

The majority of the problem you’re having is having people still call it a “drug” and refer to it as “pot”. Lucky for you your job is dependant on those laws not being changed because there’s a shit ton more people using cannabis illicitly than are murdering, raping, assaulting, ya know all the shit people should get locked up for not smoking on the way home from a shitty 40-hour a week job.

He got in trouble because he got arrested on a DUI because of it. It can be legal, yes, but it's still illegal to drive impaired. And it probably wouldn't have even been an issue either if the dashcam video hadn't got out.

I’m forever amazed how WWE contracts have stood the rest of time legally. Everything about their agreements represent an employee relationship, yet somehow they can continue classifying people as contractors and save the taxes and benefits of them being employees.

Yeah they definitely needed to relax on the use of pot. Everything else I could see as a problem obviously, the loss of so many talented people. Nobody has ever died from smoking weed. I think it actually comes down to liabilities and a company trying not to be brought into some lawsuit.

Van dam would have lost the Wwe title no matter what even if he wasn’t caught with weed. Can’t be Wwe and ecw champion at the same time because then raw wouldn’t have had a champion.
