a sound of zebra dove trying to attract a mate. During early morning or before sun down, a male doves perch on a tree branch and make this sound to attract a mate.
zebra dove in the Philippines is called kurukutok or bato-bato.
The birds are small and slender with a long, narrow tail. The upperparts are brownish-grey with black-and-white barring.
