Just bought a PC4 to replace my 10 years old YamahaP95. It took 10 years for technology to advance enough to make it worth replacing. Hope the PC4 is playable as a solo piano, we shall see....
How do you like the action? I'm a fan of the Nord Piano 5/Stage 3 actions, I really like the Casio Privia Px-5S action, and I find my Yamaha MoDX8 action to be just ok. I'm wondering how this keyboard compares. If you can help I'd appreciate it! :)
It depends on user perspective actually. The sounds are richer on Kurzweil than Montage. On live situation Montage is better in some situations like scene mode on montage but if you are familiar with kurzweils editing methods it will also standout with montage n even nord keyboards
@@seguidoseguido4741 Mostly, saved sound/patches are found at the last number of every patch. If you in Multi mode you can find your saved combi/multi after the preset multi. Better when you make a multi or edit a patch/program and you think that you will use the patch most of the time, you need to long press the number where the program is located. Example, when you edit a piano program/patch it meansthat piano category is located at number 1, after you save the program/patch, long press the number 1 then it will save your edited/saved piano at number 1. When you press number ,it will automatically go to the user piano that you just saved/edited. Hope it helps.
