What a fantastic demo, adapting to the intended use of the piano options of the Pc4. I just bought a Pc4, it is the first time I have had such instant control with physical on panel controls of the piano. I have still not found a setting I like yet for solo concert piano in tone and touch. I am using the piano setting in the global menu, the linear and hard1 setting not so good. I think the biggest problem is the Kurzweil pedal sustain I am using, going to have to spend the $100 bucks for a half damper pedal, the cutoff of the standard pedal is extremely sharp on the attack. (I have been playing piano for 54 years, perform solo acoustic piano on stage, only use a digital at home for practice).
@@ValentinZopp Thank you. So you are achieving a half pedal damper sound that can be used in performance with this Korg pedal, as well as fixing the sharp attack of the damper coming down on the strings? (Simulated obviously :)
Hi. I'm getting a PC4-7 soon. I never had the PC3, so this PC4-7 will be the first of the series for me. May you do a tutorial series with everything needed to master this?. Much appreciated. Thanks
There is a tutorial series on the Forte and (in german) on the PC4. Also the Forte seires will mostly apply to the PC4-7. :) ru-vid.com/group/PL5iXz9mUUD1d1392viNhFM2s40ZwmWJIc
As a kawai mp7se user, i really wonder how id like to switch over to using this brand. This reminds me of KURZWEILS nord i need the waterfall keys and to be able to do organ riffs which is hard to do on the kawai
Is there anyway to adjust the tone of the F4 section? Those notes just seem to have real flat dead tone to it. All other sections of the piano are sampled great but that area just has a weird sound to it. Thanks for any help or direction.
