This is turning out great 👍. I know you guys have a direction your going with on this. But just a thought to ponder... everyone always builds these topless ..maybe some kind of roll bar ... But there used to be metal half cab tops made for these old Jeeps. Turning them into cool little trucks. Which with the design work you did for the rear bed of this. Would look kinda trick.. even add some wooden side panels...like old flat beds had... just something to ponder about... 😎👍
Good point and I did think about that. It's not going to hold water for sure and it's not an offroad machine so I think it's going to be fine for what it is.
Wow the jeep rod is looking fantastic, I've always wanted to do a jeep ratrod they can look so cool and you knocked the interior design out of the park man.
@@HardCoreFab Budgets suck!! I always loved talking customers into trying something different. They get stuck in that "that's the way everybody does it" mode. Figure out a cost for them and compare. You already have to buy tubing, rod ends, and a spring... Add some junk yard spindles, brakes and a rack and pinion... Instant class!
I like it. A lot. I have a tendency to over build. But I guess that is better than not enough. That frame. Maybe ok. I would have built a new one. But hey. The jeep rat is looking good
