SmartPlans are considering the automation engine within KW Command. They can fire tasks and send out emails and text messages (using Twilio) on a cadence you determine over a period of up to one year. This short video will walk you through the basic actions you can utilize inside of a SmartPlan and how you can layer them together. You'll also learn how you can use one SmartPlan to add a Contact to multiple other SmartPlans as well.
