I lived in kwale in 1974 as a student on vacation. My father was the ocs kwale Police station, snr lnspector of Police, William fwamba cheloti. So far little has changed. What has happened with the billions received from the national government. You mean funds received in kwale for ten years have not transformed this once sleepy forested municipality? Ooh such a long time time ago, for sure Kwale is not changing , I wonder why they considered it to be the county capital instead of considering towns like Ukunda. The only thing I like about Kwale is the greenery and how fertile it is
