But when we focus our attention to that, we tend to stray away from the why's and our intentions. The songs of both The Juans and Moira aren't everyone's cup of tea, and there are people who would want to listen to other songs. But I look up to them because their songs reflect their intentions. They don't belt out and they don't have the grooviest tunes; they just embody their intentionality through what they put out to the world and that already imprints a lot of influence in my life. Last year, kasabay ng release ng kanta ni Ms. Moira na Paubaya yun din ung taon na nasaktan ako ng sobra. At halos kagaya ng mismong music video, kasal din na di natuloy. Sobrang sakit. Kaya kahit sikat ung kantang paubya last yr di ko sya kinanta. Pero dis yr 1 yr after ng tragic heartbreak na un, nakanta ko na sya. And Im so proud of myself kahit di pako fully healed, nakakaya ko na. Alam ko na hindi ko iyon malalagpasan na halos pang 360 degree na turning point ng buhay ko without God. Going back here again. I actually watched it before because it was the podcast next after SB19. And now, it's just hits different as I start my journey walking and having a relationship with God. Always be rooting po for The Juans! I really hope na more songs that would make people feel like it's worship will be released. Hope na next collab with esbi would be about our faith once again. The Juans is the only band that caught my attention after hearing (for the first time) just few notes from the only song I ever heard from them which is the “Hindi tayo pwede ” one. I rarely feel that from songs or bands and artists. Pihikan talaga ako sa mga pinoy bands. You guys are the best for me🙌🏽👊🏼👏🏼. To Ms Moira, you are so adorable. To you Brother Carl, I’ll be praying for you. I know you are loved especially God. I know you know that. Everyone of us is struggling. Sana lang di i-compare yung mga pinagdadaanan natin sa iba. "Ako nga.. Bakit si ano.. nakaya ko.. na-overcome nila.." We face different situations and everyone has different levels of pain or stress tolerance. I hope people do not belittle what each of us is going through. Let us be grateful and be appreciative of the people who actually stays with us and cares for us. Let us all submit everything to God, only then will we feel comforted. I know this is not an accident na napunta ako dito. Grabe, ngayon ko lang narealize na may issue pa din pala sa heart ko about accepting and loving my whole self na hindi padin nadideal hanggang ngayon. Mahirap talaga ideal yung mga issue sa heart natin kapag di tayo aware dito or binabalewala lang natin minsan kasi feeling natin ok lang naman, hindi naman ganon big deal. The Juans never forget to remind me that loving myself is not only accepting and improving the good side of me. We tend to ignore our flaws because it distract us from being the best version of ourselves without knowing that accepting that we are not perfect and we really have flaws is also the key to heal from the pain that we never acknowledge and we never know that was there for a long time kasi hindi natin sya pinapansin. Sabi nga sa libro na nabasa ko yung mga negative thoughts or problem na pumapasok sa isip natin once na hindi natin sya binigyan ng atensyon hindi natin namamalayan na lumalala na sya and when something triggered that para na tayong mababaliw. I'm in a situation right now, where accepting that I am flawed makes me feel depressed. If someone notice one of my flaws that I'm not aware I'm starting to lose my energy and just want to hide from everyone because I'm scared that they will point out something negative about me again. But then, you guys prove to me that accepting your flaws is also a part of self love and my worth will not lessen because of it. No one can decide if I'm worth it or not only God our father and the one who knows everything about us. Thank you and get well soon kuya Carl.

I feel like I am the one playing the keyboard and singing in front. I love how God has placed Ate Moira and The Juans in mainstream music to reach more people not just in their churches but also in the hearts of the people who have gone through pain. Truly God will not get us out ‘in spite’ of sufferings but He will get us ‘through’ it. Only God’s love can save and heal us. Love the words of wisdom and being a living testimony to wrap up S1.

I'm crying so bad rn. 😭 Thank you for this, I really feel God led me to hear and watch this. I have had psoriasis since I was 9 years old and loving myself from then on was very very difficult. Then last 2017, I got paralyzed and now my hands are still immobile. I've cried countless times, but God was and is my fortress, my everything. 😭 I will continue to fight through life with God, and share the hope to others as well. ❤️✨ God bless everyone!

I am losing my hair too , I think nasa genes na namin kasi ang lolo at papa ko ay bald din, minsan di ko nalang alam kung gusto ko pa magshow up sa mga taong nakikita ako dating masaya , healthy and walang pinoproblema but God is my only hope, every time I prayed to Him, my mind feels relax and God is telling me na tanggapin natin kung ano ang meron tayo as long as we have God. Don't lose hope everyone of us has a new beginning. Di ko po mashare sa family ko din kung ano yung mga struggles ko dahil iniisip ko na baka di din nila ako maintindihan , na baka sabihin nilang ang dami kong reason not to go outside and work but it really hurt me na everytime I think na bakit ganito ako , bakit ako pa , bakit di nila ako maintindihan. Hirap talaga iwasan ng insecurities lalo na bilang babae. Idagdag mo pa yung skin patches all around na halos mukha ka nang Dalmatian.
