Which means team comes first, personal milestones does not matter. When an Indian did the same you are giving him hate. Jaiswal played a good innings and a century would've made it more memorable, but I think it should be personal choice of Gill that if he would play slowly and let jaiswal do century or he would think about team first.

@@saddu1107 , i am not a gill fan , but Rohit in a interview himself said ,a plyer should be flexible for every bating position, like a opner batsman can play at 3/4 and finisher can also play at 4/5 there should be flexibility, if management decided 4/5 position for gill/ jaiswal,they have to play there and to proove himself according to the condition, we have good management and they know how the plyers will get chance and which position,let them to decide and I think a opner can play at no.3 and no.3 play like opner ,it shouldn't be a issue
