I have noticed through the years that artists tend to change their sound the more famous they become. I pray that never happens with Kygo. His sound is so unmistakably his and so rare. Beautiful, uplifting, easy to listen to. Not harsh. All our souls need help to feel good and you can almost always count on him to deliver soul soothing anthems. This one does not disappoint. Totally perfect.

I've been wanting to write this comment... My special person's birthday is on 16 September... I stumbled upon this song right after I had a breakdown. He... he's the catalyst to my own personal growth...I still remember sending him birthday wish for the first time and he told me he was watching sunrise while reading it. I saw my first sunrise of my life after my grandmother passed away. I started my healing and self-love journey after something happened between us that literally destroyed my fragile ego and made me a better person. I remember asking God what love yourself really mean and how....tbh I already gave up all the hope to ever find love in any way or form ...I think God answered me with him. It's 11/11 today and that number have been accompany me throughout my self-love journey. I have so much to say and I might come back to this comment section again sooner or later.
