It has been an interesting education following this channel on it's journey from 'certainty of victory' to 'farce.' On the bright side, if the Telegraph wants to avoid talking about the actual developments on the battlefield, there are numerous subjects that they can call on. My suggestion for the next episode is the migration of Salmon.
Nothing on the fighting on the battlefield as per usual. Nothing on the Russian offensive and the Ukrainian fighting retreat, towns and villages now taken without a fight in some cases. Just reading from Ukrainian press releases.
Everybody says it's pretty much over in Ukraine. Ukrainian soldiers are giving up. They don't want to be slaughtered just to expand Nato. Russia continues to take land.
They’ve been Baghdad bob the whole time on all this. Shameful really but they’ll just openly be in make believe as it gets inescapable. Talking about crowd control tear gas drops alleged as it’s some sort of chemical weapon holocaust. Loss of the plot one might say
@ it’s literally just the most niche form of virtue signaling micro bubble. Boomers fighting a keyboard war in retirement with dogshit Shiba Inu meme profiles pics that are Anglos who are obsessed with calling people ‘vatniks’ and think single zip code Baltic meme microcountries are hecking epic avengers bro!
Russia is still recruiting thousands of volunteers a month. This North Korean thing is irrelevant, militarily. They dont speak Russian. But they are allies, to be sure. And so what. Theyre operating in Russia, assuming they're operating at all.
@@yuglesstube Crap allies to have and a sign of desperation. How much are those volunteers being paid now? Could almost buy a house with the sign-up bonus... if Russia paid it. 😅
Remember when dom used to talk about the movements inside the kursk incursion? He was always so depressed that russia didn't really pay much attention to kursk.
@sebastianforbes1 Link to the evidence of that? Plus it's not in any way equivalent - Putin has got 20% of Ukraine nearly 3 years into a 3 day promise. But sure: keep ignoring it. 🙈🙈🙈
I wonder what the institute for the study of warts and goblins is going to do for halloween tonight. Domb and francis.. dorothy and toto, handing out expired british kit.
Next year will be the lasts days for Russia due to lack of funds.21% interest rate ,lots of sanctions,no one to borrow money from, Gasprom loosing money every day,Oil depots remaining in one piece very rare etc…….Future as the new North Korea ,Putin the genius !
It would be interesting to know if there is a net profit or loss so far for countries supporting Ukraine. I don't ask this to criticise support for Ukraine, but those opposed often state a monetary cost to the support which is ignoring the possible benefits such as using munitions that we would otherwise have to pay to be disposed of, or the jobs and the economic boost that is created as a consequence of manufacturing new weapons. I know this sounds rather cold when the cost in lives is astronomical and the true cost isn't purely monetary, but the reality is it's a question that is being asked and used as a reason to stop support
Wars are seldom profitable enterprises. Indeed the Godfather of Economics (Adam Smith) was anti-imperialist on the grounds of cost. In terms of losses: Gazprom made a $8bn+ losses last year, so the cost to Russia vastly exceeds Ukraine's.
The United States must understand that supplying weapons to Taiwan will have extremely serious consequences, Chinese Defense Ministry Spokesperson Zhang Xiaogang stated at a briefing. "The Taiwan issue is the most critical among China’s core interests; it represents the first red line in China-US relations that must not be crossed," he said, addressing reports of a potential $2 bln arms sale package for the island. "China urges the United States to fully comprehend the serious consequences of supplying weapons to Taiwan and what may occur if provocations continue," the spokesperson added. According to Zhang, "the US is exploiting Taiwan to bolster its own defense industry." Earlier, the US Department of Defense’s Defense Security Cooperation Agency announced that the Department of State had approved an arms package for Taiwan valued at nearly $2 bln, which would include the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) and radar systems. Taiwan has been governed by its local administration since 1949, when the remaining Kuomintang forces, led by Chiang Kai-shek (1887-1975), retreated to the island after being defeated in China’s civil war. However, Beijing regards Taiwan as one of its provinces. Washington severed diplomatic relations with Taiwan in 1979, establishing ties with China. While recognizing the One China policy, the US continues to engage with the Taipei administration and supply weapons to the island. According to estimates from the Chinese Foreign Ministry, the US has provided over $70 bln in military assistance to Taiwan in recent years.
Well Chiang Kai-shek's establishing the traditional China on Taiwan gives Taiwan the claim to reincorporate the mainland which might even happen if China attempts to take the island
Please give Hamish de Bretton-Gordon some training in how to speak in a more objective, less narcissistic way. He has a lot of interesting things to say, but I was too distracted by the "I did.."s and "I said..."s.
