Russia and China didn't participate, but the rest did. And we created NATO so European independent countries can defend like an Empire. The reason Russians don't know ww2 history is because Russia has a separate internet and information space. And 188 countries are directly connected to the global net. We share one information space. So you aren't getting the collective history that everyone else is.
