Would be dope if all the famous beat making youtubers/producers/musicians made a movement to find a cure for tinnitus and hearing loss! I like spreading awareness about it sorta lol. Also I’m tryna spread awareness about ear fullness in your ears, behind your ear drums, and sensitivity to sounds because of loud exposure to music and bc of going too hard maybe for music lol. I have recorded out of my car for like two years straight then I got ear injuries. Made rethink pursuing music. I got some hearing loss in my left ear, from an ear tube I thought it would fix my ear problems it didn’t, got it patched up and got my low bass frequencies back up shit sucked not having them gave me anxiety. Been having ear fullness for almost a year and I’ve had tinnitus for like almost 7 months straight now (24/7 ringing that your brain produces I think and your inner ear I think gets damage as well the nerves). I think we should be collabing with doctors who are trying to find a cure for hearing loss actually and tinnitus and let em know what type of people we are, because we just wanna make dope tunes!! I think humans should already have more knowledge on hearing health anyway, had no clue I could get tinnitus and hearin loss like that. Then again I was outside in my car a lot trying to get good vocals. So my allergies have got the best of me too. Which maybe led to Eustachian tube issues, which is a tube that is connected to our middle ear, where your three small bones are that vibrate and send signals to your inner ear. That’s where the cochlea is i think and that’s where you have those tiny hair cells that make you hear or some shit like that , when it gets damaged, the hair cells, that’s how you lose your hearing or they don’t work as well as they used. I ALSO READ that when older people get hearing loss they isolate themselves and lose their touch with communication with people, which I guess could be factor of people getting dementia, idk. Lmao. Also I read that tinnitus is linked to dementia, only putting this out there because it sounds scary af and also this post is all over the place my bad. WELL, CURE TINNITUS REVERSE HEARING LOSS Whoever is pursuing music protect your ears fam. When your older you will thank yourself probably. And try not to get tinnitus. Bc it does suck. And take care of your sinuses, I say try to eat better and exercise. Like i said I think we got to have better awareness of our sinuses bc my shits are fucked or ears are fucked up. Just putting me as an example of what could happen if you don’t take care of yourself, you might end not wanting to do music anymore and you will also risk your ear health and hearing health. I’m just confused because I still don’t know what the best thing to do to take care of my ears and ACTUALLY it’s not being around audio or noises that much or to a certain extent lol. All love here, I love creating music. Sharing my experience trying to make a living doing music. Didn’t work out. For now it’s not working out at all. Not saying I’m done but my injuries have stifled my vision sorta and led to me believe that this isn’t worth it long term as how I thought I could do it.
