The false and maliciously elements will not be difficult to prove. Arguably Kyle was not a public figure when this incident took place, but he was in fact a minor. Media outlets should learn not to flap their gums (they will not). None of this was couched as an opinion narrative, or entertainment. Defamation and slander are legitimate restrictions to the 1st Amendment. Funny how the leftist media is so cavalier regarding the Bill of Rights, additional Amendments and Constitution. Conflicted is what comes to mind. Some push a particular narrative while others seek truth. What happened to our cherished presumption of innocence and 6th Amendment restrictions?

As a Brit that watched the entire trial I have realised that a 17 year old Lifeguard from Wisconsin has more integrity and about 10 times the intelligence as your President. He can definitley stay awake for longer. Kyles message to Biden was a hell of a lot politer than mine would have been. I hope he sues every person that lied for hundreds of millions and that Binger ends up prosecuting nothing more complicated than parking violations. He would probably lie about those as well though.

For those who want freedom, it is absolutely necessary and completely sufficient to know the God who held his hand the whole way through this ordeal. I doubt few people have ever been trained well enough to only shoot 3 people when it became absolutely necessary and live through that kind of mob attack. His lawyers were mostly incompetent and their best moment was in getting Gaige to admit to what the video made plain and evident; and perhaps, ironically, getting Kyle to testify on his own behalf and train him well for that testimony. His lawyers almost threw the trial when they asked for dismissal without prejudice. Thank God the prosecutors didn't take that offer.

Unfortunately, to win a defamation case you have to prove with a preponderance of evidence that what was stated was both false, and caused harm. If you are accused of racism, you have to prove you're *not* a racist, it isn't enough just to show that the accusation was baseless. It's an almost impossible task, which is why there are so few defamation lawsuits even though defamation happens all the time.

How crazy is it look at how people in jail thought of him by what they saw on the news and then they meet him and they're like this isn't the kind of guy that they're talking about on TV this is a good person and I'm sure some of them were like no you shouldn't even f****** be in here once they heard a little more first-hand information which makes a huge difference

I’ve seen prosecutors do similarly horrific and insane things….. and get away with it. I will never comprehend how these demons get into positions of authority.
